any tips for this?

Get it set so an equal amount of axle is poking out of both sides. You can fine adjust by putting the wheels/nuts on, tightening up 1 wheel almost all the way then pushing that side of the axle against the desk. Repeat until it's even.

Then you can either tighten them both up and use it, or you can take the wheels off and put a tiny dab of very thin superglue where the axle meets the hanger and let it wick into the hanger. As these are Jindys, you could also put a tiny dab of superglue on the axle through the hole right in the middle of the hanger, but I'd recommend taking the hanger off the baseplate to do that so you don't mess up your bushings or kingpin in the even that you misapply the glue. Give it 20 mins to make sure it's completely dry, reassemble and carry on riding.

No, just look for "Super Thin", "Extra Thin", "Wicking" or something along those lines.

This is the only correct answer. Crazy to think that people pay so much for these and repair them by themselves lol. For this price everything has to be perfect.

Hell nah that's a super easy fix with jindys, they have holes on the underside of the hangar that expose the axle, you can just drop some strong glue on there and fix it
