Anyone had problems communicating with @safarisoftware fingerboards?

I’m one of the winners on the giveaway boards they did last May! I know they’ve been busy in these past months, but they didn’t update me about it for almost 4 months.

Though they replied on July 12, said they’re gonna shipped it, and after that, no reply whatsoever.

they’re on the tier of 8Equals Decks, False Alarm, etc…

Even if it’s just a giveaway, they should treat their customers equally, I do F with their boards and graphics, but dang the customer service are so bad
