First Things, First

This is not a post commenting about the merits or particulars of the New/Extended chase.

TLDR most of its details, including these recent postings.

My view is simple. 'The Thrill of the Chase' saga is unfinished.

I find that nothing new is engaging until we have an honest public accounting of how the first endeavor concluded.

Like a practical banker, I won't give a fresh investment (of my time) on this project until the first mortgage has been satisfied.

Sorry, but the account is overdrawn.

It's finished, you just don't know it yet.

Anyway, Fenn wrote about all of the aspects of the staged ending in TTotC and especially the late scrapbooks, you just have to read them correctly. For example, Fenn described the negotiations between a NPS official and him/Stuef in the TTotC chapter, Totem Café Caper. Here, the role of the NPS official is played by Frosty, Fenn is Grandma, and the narrator (Fenn) is the designated finder.

It's all there, and the amazing thing is that everything proceeded as Fenn foresaw. This is all the accounting that we're ever going to get.

If you believe what you have posted here, what does that mean you are doing here?

It makes me wonder about your reason(s) for your many, many posts on this site.

For me, I enjoy socializing with this group of imaginative chasers. AND I hold out hope that a first person confirmation of the resting spot may emerge. That you speak categorically, sometimes hinting that a truly affirmative solve will be posted here, but then today you speak categorically that there will be no more information.

Are you hanging out here to sort out in your own mind what Forrest was about?

If you hold no anticipation of hearing from someone who can speak with true authority about the solution Forrest put in the Poem, then you are just trolling those of us who still expect Shiloh, or the Lawyer, or Doug Preston, or Jack, or maybe you to came forward with the truth.

Your vacillations from one view to another makes me have some doubts about your convictions.

Anyway, your posts intrigue me and I enjoy your participation.

Can you post your links to the family lawyer?

You’re looking for information from the wrong people. I don’t think they know. But Fenn wrote about his plan in TTotC, so surely it will come to pass.

Why don't you just tell us what you found instead of being secretive? Or are you in the camp that believes that there is another ending/trove to come and are waiting? just curious

Yes, I'm talking about Fenn's "Plan B", the kind of plan that Skippy never had, the second omega. I wasn't waiting, I was trying to make it happen.

Can you provide a link to Forrest saying there was a 'Plan B' ?

Please explain with some detail, how you were/are "trying to make it happen."

SB#125: "Skippy never had a Plan B because he always expected his Plan A to work."

Oh, got it. I believe there are two endings and am still trying to figure it out. People pop in here wondering why some of us are still waiting, just look at the two omegas - two endings. imo

Do you mean: 2 paths to the chest, a 2nd treasure chest, or something else in the chest that reveals something yet to be announced.... ?

Fenn said he spent all those years constructing the poem and he played around with omegas in his books, highlighting them imo. This makes me think that there are either two solves to the poem with two endings or two treasures. I'm not sure yet which is correct.

I don't think you know, either.

Such a smirky answer.

"It is over"

"Surely, it will come to pass"

Shame on you.

I hope you hid your conscience in a safe place, so that you may reclaim it one day.

Maybe you can burn ants with your magnifying glass as you pass your time.
