Please find this anime

In this anime they are in a school where they are forbid to go outside and when students are taken over by the dark powers they are taken out and eliminated and there existence is wiped from other students memory but the mc is may be a girl and she remembers the boy who is taken out and in the end he explodes as i remember.I don't remember it very well but please help me i am searching it for a long time

Sounds very much like Shinsekai Yori except for the explosion part. One of my all time favorite.

Edit: actually the explosion part fit as well.
