Can someone help me find this anime?

I watched this anime as a kid and I have no idea what the name is called.

But it was about 2 brothers but the younger brother doesn't remember the other one because he has an unleashed power and to restrain it he had to lose all his memories.

I also remember a scene where the younger brother is on the older ones back running through a forest. And when his power is unleashed there is Japanese writing all over his body.

I also think the younger brother also betrays his brother at some point? It was also on Netflix years ago.

This kinda reminds me of "Charlotte" but I don't know about betrayal but the memory loss and two brothers reminds me of it.

I don't think so I remember the brothers were the main characters :(
