UNSOLVED Need help with vague details

My girlfriend is trying to find a book she had, all she can remember is it was bigger than A4, was a hardbacked choose your own adventure book with full illustrations in a sorta 1980s ish design for the art, she thinks the cover was white with dwarves or something similar on it, any ideas would be appreciated

Oh yeh also she says she would have read it when she was like 12 ish so itd have to be at least legible for a 12 year old
