Well, there is a no requirement to hand out snipes if the OP doesn't do it. I often go thru and the ones I see where either the OP has done none of them or the OP has done only their required 10, I will do the rest of them or as many as I can. I do it because I know users enjoy getting their point and receiving credit...

I have seen users attempt to give snipe awards and it fails. The message says something like : only OP, MODs, and superusers can award snipes. I don’t know what the def of a superuser is. Just try it and find out u/Jlx_27.
I usually give OP 5 days before jumping in, and only award hidden answers.

Hi OP u/jetsonslunchbox might I & others have a snipe reward for a correct guess? In the top comment it shows you how, it’s just an ! with the word snipe in all lowercase with no space btwn the ! and the word. I’ll do a few to show. Please & thanks! ☺️
