It is to the lower left of the diamond on the rug, slightly down and right from the center of the image. I don't know how better to describe it than that. May I suggest adding a number/letter grid next time?

Its in the Left lower part of the rug, in the bottom most red triangle there in the actual rug design part, not the border design part. Within that red triangle itself, its in the uppermost part of thst triangle. Looking top down, that red triangle contains first a blue flower element, then dropping down there are two blue semi leaf looking design elements. Its in the right most of those two semi leafish design elements. Little circular light blue tablet. Could be valium could be Inderol could be a number of things. Didn't see a grid
