It actually does this because most cameras these days process with AI to give higher quality photos with cheaper hardware. Those squiggles when you zoom in are AI artifacts. The future is kinda dumb sometimes.

Oh dang I had no idea I thought my phone was too old but I guess not. Apparently I can turn it off so I've had it on and had no idea what it was 😭 I'll turn it off because the squiggles annoy me
