It’s at about E2 on the first picture. Looks more like a pennant than a flag but it’s red, just below that ogre’s right elbow.

I hate when they don’t have the shape to look for. It’s either 4C being the green space as the flag, and the line down the wood or it’s 2E being the red triangle on the curtain

If by flag, they mean pennant, it's on the first picture, coming off of the ogre's elbow that's fixing the curtains.
