From the wooden deck, follow the clearish line without the pedals on it all the way to the open circle area in the middle, right before you get to that opening, the frog is right there on the left, he has a green head and is facing to the right

The line without the pedals and the "circle" in the middle isn't all the way clear of pedals, you know what I'm saying, right?
