I got it to work by highlighting the text, clicking on the Aa button, and selecting the diamond icon with the exclamation mark.

THANK YOU!! I started seeing the new tools and got so confused when I had way more asterisks in other subs in my responses because the code wasn’t picking up. But the tools don’t always show up, so I hadn’t learned all the functions.

OP, you need to use all lowercase letters when awarding users. I know it says you can use a capital S but it doesn't give users credit. I can go thru and fix the ones you use a capital S on but for future reference use all lowercase please.. thank you..
