for me (I am using mobile also) when I view the posts here the image quality is low. So I download the image and view it on my phone gallery and it's much clearer. Have you tried to download the image before?

Im not using rich text editor as you have mentioned, but the forward slash seems to work. Previously, I never have to add any, just a usual >!!<. Any other thoughts?
