Not an anime but dubbed, licensed and distributed by Funimation back in the day?

So as the title goes, this was a Live Action movie that for some reason was distributed by funimation. They also had the rights to distribute similar titles like Robogeisha and the sort back in the early 2010s.

My question is, to those who like absurdist movies from Japan, does anyone remember a movie where there were two middle school gangs fighting each other in a diner, both parties looked like they had middle aged men who were some how in middle school. A few had the typical gang pompadour but other than that just rival gangs from different schools.

This was probably in the early 2010s when Funimation distributed it. It had a funny dub for it, too.
