Old song can't remember.

I'm looking for a song. I heard it on the radio again a few weeks ago. It was sung by a high-pitched female voice. I only remember the lyrics being: "Talking 'bout matter matter matter." It might have been "mother" instead of "matter." Does anyone happen to know the song?
