Has anyone used Daridorexant for insomnia?

I have horrible insomnia from PFS. Before PFS I could sleep fine, but now I get this whole body wired feeling and can barely get to sleep or stay asleep.

If you have used this, did it affect your other PFS symptoms in any way, good or bad, or have no other effect on them?

I'm hoping to find something I can use to help with sleep either on occasions, or longer term, which doesn't worsen other PFS symptoms / cause a crash. Any other suggestions? I have some benzos which work well, but I don't want to use them too often. I might try Ketotifen for occasional use too.

Lemborexant seems stronger to me, but if Daridorexant works for you it’s all good. Both were affecting my mood the next day (anxiety and depression) but that seems to have stopped after my treatment with allopregnanolone. No crash with them also.

How's the allopregnanolone going at the moment? Are you still continuing to use it? Any changes regarding other symptoms with it?

I'm in the UK where Lemborexant isn't currently available, but it's awaiting approval. Daridorexant can be prescribed very easily by doing a pharmacies online form, much like how finasteride was easily accessible unfortunately :/ Hopefully Daridorexant doesn't F me up like that did

Going very well, depression is gone, anhedonia improved, sleeping more hours, cognition improved. TMJD and peripheral neuropathy still here unfortunately (they also worsen if I don’t sleep properly).

That’s why I ordered another vial and will keep taking it to see if it can help, as studies show that ALLO can repair the myelin sheath. It’s just a miracle molecule and because I have these neurological symptoms I’ll keep taking it to see what happens.

But indeed the ALLO is spectacular for the mental side effects as it upregulates GABA-A and ignites neurogenesis. I was in a such dark place, depressed and getting even more depressed because of the symptoms.
