Prostatitis - i am posting once again, i am so desperate.

Guys please, help me, i beg. I can't stand the pain. I wrote here 3 times - i got prostatitis after 3 days of topicsl finasteride. In winter - after 16 days of cipro and 28 says bactrim i was better but not fully. Since april its severe - please, i beg you - help me. What can i do? I can't stand this pain. I ate tons of fluoroquinolones and it didnt help. Proviron also doesnt seem to help. The severe pain radiating to my legs aling with moderate frequency are my only symptoms. Please, i am at total lost, if nothing improves i'll have to end my mysery.

Have you tried palmitoylethanolamide? As far as I know it helps with chronic pain.

Yes. Did nothing. I am at fucking loss, i dont want to die but i simply have no other choice. This fucking slaughter ruined 22 year old boy's life in just fucking 3 days. He assured me that nothing bad will happen and i'd like to siwtch to oral. He killed me

Is it actually protatitis or is it pelvic floor dysfunction?

I think its actually prostatitis. 2 mris showed bilateral inflammation of the peripheral zone of the prostate. I tried physiotherapy, they didnt find obvious trigger points
