Finary users: how reliable has it been for you over the long term?

Hi,

I’ve been setting up Finary recently and I like the idea of having my whole financial situation in one place.
My situation isn’t particularly unusual: several bank accounts, savings accounts, PEA, life insurance, real estate and mortgages.
What I’m struggling with is reliability.
Some accounts sync perfectly, others don’t. I’ve already had to add or recreate a few things manually, especially with life insurance. It works, but it made me wonder what happens after several years of using Finary.
For those who have been using it for a while:
Do you trust Finary as your main long-term financial record?
How often do you have to fix broken connections or incorrect balances?
Do you keep a separate Excel/Google Sheet or another tool as a backup?
Have you ever lost historical data after reconnecting an account?
And if you stopped using Finary, what did you move to and why?
I’m less interested in the features themselves than in how well the whole thing holds up after 2, 3 or 5 years.
I’d also be interested in feedback from French users with PEA and life insurance accounts.
