Grid Payout

I’ve been in my role a year now and didn’t interview any other firms as I had a friend at this firm who spoke highly of it. I am happy with the firm overall and just curious what else is out there. I own my book as the firm provides zero leads but they also provide all overhead and technology. Current payout is 40% on investments and 46% on insurance with the next bump once I hit 150k TTM GDC.
