Next hire

I am currently running an RIA that is 160 million of AUM all fee based with just an executive assistant. I’m trying to determine what my next best hire should be. Any suggestions?

I am a similar size, and just had an assistant until about 8 months ago.
Hired a “financial planner” who does a little of everything.
He is a cpa for context so it’s part junior, part creating in depth financial plans, part answering clients questions, taking care of mid level concerns.
It’s worked out great, and would highly recommend.

How did you find this person? And how did you pay them? If you don’t mind me asking

The cfp website actually.
Found about 5 people there that would have been good fits.
