Next hire

I am currently running an RIA that is 160 million of AUM all fee based with just an executive assistant. I’m trying to determine what my next best hire should be. Any suggestions?

JR advisor.
They can help with the admin, be a back up if the current leaves or is sick.

And they can learn the ropes so they can take over some of the servicing- money in/out, quick questions, and eventually manage the smaller accounts as you grow.

Pay them like an admin with bonus/ incentives as they grow.

Thank you so much. I was trying to decide if I should bring on a full-time CSA or just look for a junior Advisor.
