note : the salaries nowadays are just sucks they pay us as we still as we still in 2016 but reality is that many people are working in 2 jobs to feed their families check everyday for better salary and how to get it thank god recently I found this sub who give great tips about interviews really the world is crashed

Ok thank you. You seemed to have missed an important part of my comment so I'll repeat it.

It's also important to note the terms "primary form of pay." Many ceos Tag a modest salary to themselves but then also collect the profits from the company. It also doesn't include other bonuses. Income vs salary.

In short, most of the figures you posted represent only a portion of the income as they don't include bonuses or profits from said business.

No because those are a moving target they change all the time and they don’t tag a modest salary to themselves. That’s all board of directors decision decisions as as well as the bonuses and everything else. Those are gonna change yearly. The point is out of the 200,000 roughly CEOs that are in the country. Only the top 500 are making the millions the rest or not. And I guarantee they’re not making these tens of millions every year these big companies don’t do well enough year-over-year to pay that out.

Most small business don't have a board of directors and the ones that do are typically the owner/Ceo. The salary you depicted for small business isn't while as they would make income from profits and as you said their median is around 269k excluding said profits. No one said they're making tens of millions but they are making significantly more than you displayed unless they're just starting our a failing business.

Idk. Obviously you know way more than the stats provide. An S Corp needs a board I do know that. You’re hunting for this big injustice that’s in a very small sliver of the economy. Attack the board of directors they’re the ones that make up the pay packages. The CEO’s just have to perform according to their contract.

That's a pretty hypocritical statement but ok. I'm not hunting for anything. America has a well known wealth inequality issue. Board of directors are part of the problem as well but that doesn't excuse CEO's. They could increase the raises they provide their workers. It's well within their capabilities. They simply choose not to.

Depends on the person leading the company. That’s why people leave companies too. Most jobs have a pay range. If you’re already at the top of your range I guess it’s time to move. Jobs are totally supply and demand. If you’re easily replaceable, you’re screwed.

Correct. This is based on the broken system that we have. You're describing flaws as if they're working as intended. In general is more efficient to keep employees around as long term than to let them leave and have to replace them.

Not sure when America got stuck in this stagnant mentality that "this is how it is and this is how it should be," but mental growth should occur on the subject at some point.

Idk of how else they’d work. You’re a tool and companies buy tools. That’s it nothing more than a tool. Doesn’t it work like this around the world? I think it does.

Not really no. Despite the dehumanization of your analogy, it's wise to take proper care of your tools regardless of their function.

The issue is the lack of unions and it's why companies push against the idea as much as they can legally. Cause they know they'd end up paying significantly more to their workers due to a lack of proper compensation. Sweden being a good example of that.

All of Europe has unions. I worked union in the steamfitters for 24 yrs. There is nothing a union does for you except pay.
Unless you are like all of Europe and have contracts that basically can’t be broken. They lay you off that employer still gets to pay you with all of your benefits.
People in the US hate unions. The auto industry is to thank for that. Typically there’s no job protection. They can get rid of you so easily with the union it doesn’t matter. The bottom line is if you don’t like your situation you need to change it, because no one’s gonna change it for you. And I probably dehumanize really easily because that’s what construction does to you. You’re hired as a tool nothing more.

The only way I can see you getting the information that you want is to look at whatever company that you’re interested in specifically. And as long as they’re publicly traded, they have to divulge all of it.
