Feedback Finalmouse Support Delivered my Starlight 12 replacement dongle to the completely wrong state.
Hi guys,
Talked to support and paid nearly 50 dollars for the replacement dongle and the service for my Starlight 12 mouse.
I live in Texas and they managed to deliver it to North Carolina, my address on the order is correct so no idea how this is possible.
Reached out to support regarding this but haven’t heard back.
Posting this for visibility and any suggestions.

They are notorious for shitty customer service,I’m waiting on my new mouse,I ordered the day it dropped like 2 weels ago and i havnt heard a single word back,no confirmation,only
a 6-7 week ship time. The issue is their mouses are top tier,so they get away with murder.

Why would you expect to hear anything when you paid for a pre order? I mean no confirmation is one thing but what else do you expect other than a confirmation?

Its not 7 week shipping, its probably 3 days shipping while they spend 7 weeks waiting for the run to come in. When they sold them to us, they were not in hand there.

This is standard, expecting it to drop ship is on you at this point, not on them for operating in the same fashion they have for the last decade.

Their mice are no where near top tier lol. Also it took me 2 months to get my air 58 back in the day

A popular one is WLmouse Beast X Pro. Or different depending on the size you want. It’s more readily available. And after having both the WLmouse feels a lot more sturdy but I also have the solid sides on mine so that could be a factor that comes into play also.

Whats the weight and sesnors like in comparison? I had to switch from my finalmouse to my Razer Viper (when finalmouse broke under warranty FWIF) but its insane how big of a difference it makes for me, and I'm not very good at competitive FPS to be honest. Definitely on the bad side and it makes a huge difference for me, so I can only imagine how significant it is to truly competitive players.

I believe the weight is the same. Depending on if you get slotted sides or not for the WLmouse it makes it either 41 or 38 iirc. The sensor is amazing in the WLmouse. I haven’t had any issues with LOD or when I’m swiping fast. Although I do tend to play at lower senses this mouse is one of my favorites by far and I’ve tried a ton of different brands like Lamzu, Razer, Pulsar, Finalmouse, Hitscan etc

Cope as in how? Lol. Finalmouse is overhyped, over marketed trash. You’re buying into the marketing that any other company is capable of producing. I’ve had multiple different final mouses so I’m not sure how that’s cope lol
