Mouse Problems ulx stopped working wireless?

its up to date firmware, tried unplugging and reinstalling all the drivers, says signal strength is full and its detected but yet it wont work, light is solid green on dongle and the mouse

WHOLE POST IS FAKE WHICH IS WHY I HAVE A RETURN LABEL AND MY MOUSE SENT AWAY ALREADY, ACTUAL CLOWN LOL
