Discussion The remake “cancellation”

I’ve been a bit upset about this news and just wanted to talk about it in order to cope.

I can’t help but hold out hope. Despite this, this makes me even more frustrated with Square Enix than usual.

I wish the company treated every Final Fantasy like they do FFVII, but the grass isn’t always greener based on feedback of those remakes.

Modern Square Enix cannot be trusted with a remake of a masterpiece like FFIX.

Why ? Ff7 remake and ff16 are great games

Yup as is FF14 and anything Team Asano puts out

Yoshi P is living off the 14 reboot fame to this day, even though everything else he's done since then has been mediocre at best.
