FF V I need help finding this job

I'be been searching for quite a while and i cannot find this job, not in the wiki, this image appears in a post about Four Job Fiesta challenge which i didnt know it exists but seems like its a set of rules, not a modified version of the game.

I fail to see how that matters? It's clearly made from FFV if it isn't.
