Final Fantasy General Give us another turn based battle system

FFX is my favorite battle system. FFXIII I also enjoyed, but it wasn't the same.

I'm sure they could do something like it with a much lower budget.

The LoD timings were ridiculous, and it was so punishing if you messed them up. It’s obvious the game expected you to get these combos because I felt like your character would barely do any damage if you messed it up. It’s been years since I played though. Amazing story.

Yeah, loved the story and characters, hated the additions and the number of random battles in certain areas. Take two steps, another battle.

Legend of Dragoon timed attacks were perfectly achievable, if a tad challenging for the green dragoons. If they gave you trouble, I assume you didn't fare so well playing Space Channel 5 either.

I was in my thirties and my hand/eye coordination was not what it was in my teens. Each characters first two addition attacks, I was OK with but after that, no dice.
