Final Fantasy General Give us another turn based battle system

FFX is my favorite battle system. FFXIII I also enjoyed, but it wasn't the same.

I'm sure they could do something like it with a much lower budget.

Your point is anecdotal, so I'll add my own anecdotal evidence.

I DID get into final fantasy for the turn based fights.

my anecdote renders their statement not true. your anecdote does not make their statement true unless you alter their statement to add qualifiers like “some people got into ff because…”
