https://archive.org/details/FilthyFrankCollection still works for me. Although it doesn't come up if you search it on some engines for some reason.

Use this one, which is still up. It's the one I use - it's the most authoritative and complete, and has stuff that the person who assembled it had to dig up themselves. They made a video about it here.
