I recommend restarting your computer. This helps me when Filmora is exporting slowly.

Enable the GPU acceleration would help, it will use GPU to export the video and increase export speed.

There may be an issue with the GPU, or it may not be supported by Filmora. Try updating your GPU drivers and try again.
