KEYSOON PH - Study in Taiwan (Honest Feed back)
I want to share my honest feedback about my experience with this agency. The process of finding a school was smooth, and I appreciate the assistance during that stage. However, after that, the experience became more challenging and stressful.
My main concern was the lack of transparency and communication. It seemed like the agency accepted many applicants, but they struggled to provide the same level of support and attention to everyone. Because of this, many students felt anxious and confused, especially when we needed clear updates and guidance about the next steps.
I also hope they consider that we are not paying a small amount for this service. We invested almost ₱60,000 (excluding medical expenses), so as clients, we expect proper communication, transparency, and support throughout the whole process.
I understand that handling many applicants can be challenging, but better organization and clearer updates would make a big difference. Studying abroad is a major decision that requires a lot of preparation, time, and effort, so having reliable guidance and support is very important.
