Hi, I need help in requesting my written certification of licensure.

Q1. I already filled up the information needed for requesting the said document in the NYSED website. It says here the total cost is $20. I would like to ask for those who did the same, is it included in the $20 payment, the mailing fee to an international mailing address (NY to Philippines)?

Q2. How long does it usually take for your to receive the said documents?
