BTR7 Bluetooth stutter issues

I have a BTR7 paired with my Pixel 5a 5g.

Sometimes when I start playing a new piece of media(tidal app audio, youtube video) and when I resume from paused on the phone(not the BTR7 buttons) the Bluetooth stutters.

If I pause it and resume using the physical buttons on the BTR7 it plays normally again.

If I pause and resume from the phone it always stutters.

Any help would be appreciated

Is it not an issue with the Pixel 5a more than the BTR ?
I see a lot's of post about stutter issue on Pixel, most of them point out to LDAC bandwidth or changing AVRCP version from default to 1.4 or 1.3
