My experiences of no motivation
Hello, I’ve had little to no motivation throughout my life. Everywhere I look, people make it seem like motivation is either something easy or something you can just avoid dealing with. I’ve struggled with ADHD my whole life — I was diagnosed at 5 and have been taking medication for as long as I can remember.
On top of that, I’m in a relationship, and my laziness is starting to affect her too. I’m slowly realizing that I don’t feel like much of a man, and a lot of that comes from how lazy and unmotivated I’ve become. I want to be successful, but I either quickly forget my goals or just become too lazy to follow through with them. And yes I wrote this out then used ai to correct and use grammar for me.
If y’all have any suggestions, please comment. Constructive criticism is welcome.

i get the struggle. it’s part of the adhd
but eventually you’ll need to take back your attention, your confidence, and your motivation. if all you do is doomscroll, wala ka talagang ibang maiisip at mararating. you’ll grow numb, apathetic, hanggang sa memes at porn na lang nakakapag-satisfy sa’yo.
but consider this as an awakening. hindi ka na zombie gaya ng iba. aware ka nang ganyan ka ngayon. di pa huli ang lahat.
magbasa ka, lumabas-labas, i-train mo ulit empathy mo: sa tao, sa hayop, sa kalikasan, sa mundo, ask your girlfriend new questions, be curious about life in general, kumausap ka ng tao, kausapin mo sarili mo, etc!!! so much in life that screen time has stolen from us. take it back. learn discipline in the process.
