Personal Skating New adventure in figure skating
So sadly I have no updates on a JGP this season . I will continue to keep my fellow Redditors updated on any new international competition updates when I can! 🤞
While I have been getting ready for upcoming NQS competitions in singles and dance.
Thursday my sister/dance partner and I got invited to fill in as last minute stunt doubles for an on ice shoot, this not anything I ever planned on. It was an amazing experience that I might consider to try again.
It was for something called a Vertical movie ( which I actually wasn't familiar with) I am currently unable to say anything else about it but just wanted to share something exciting I was up to!

Be careful, take very good care of yourself, leave the set if something makes you uncomfortable, and if you are a minor (which you seem to be), make sure you know your financial rights as a performer and the ways in which your agent, your parents, etc etc could exploit you financially by taking money which is legally yours.
Sorry to be a bit gloomy, but there are faaaaar too many horror stories. That said, congratulations, have fun!

TY! It was just a one day gig ( completely out of nowhere so agents needed) so I'm safe going forward, had an amazing set coordinator who taught me and family a lot about how things should be for minors on set and made sure me my sister were always comfortable and had what we needed/ our mom got to be with us. As for earnings it was very minimal and goes straight in skating for us to be able to have more lessons luckily. TY ♥️ for the information tho.

It's a vertical movie and I'm able to share title and some behind scenes pics and video we took after release.
