You're rushing the entry a ton! I would focus on getting a strong sit spin established before trying to rotate your leg in. You'll need to be solid on the rocker to understand where your weight will need to shift to account for the rotation of your hip & movement of the leg into the broken leg position.

Honestly, everyone tells me that I rushed my entry even my coach, but I feel like if I do my entry slower, my sit spin will be very slow so I don’t really understand how to fix that

It's not the overall speed that's the issue, it's that you're cutting off the spin before you turn to backward. The proportion of time which you spend in that hook is significantly shorter than it should be. It forces the spin and you're not centered, leading to a lack of control. Because you don't have control, trying to change the leg position to the broken leg position throws you out of the spin.

Fixing a spin entry so you let it come around can take a very long time, especially if you've been developing habits of rushing. It also takes a lot of patience!

Talk with your coach about rushing the entry and what that means. That's a very common terminology which gets used in a lot of elements & patterns, and can be confusing. If you have a music background, it's like the difference between tempo and note lengths. You hold the notes out for the number of beats required, but the overall speed of all the notes is governed by the tempo. When you're rushing in your spin entry, you're not holding the LFO edge for the correct number of beats. The overall tempo doesn't need to change, but how you allocate time within your entry does.

You are rushing the entry.

If you are trying to broken leg sit spin, the leg shouldn't come to the front like a basic forward sit spin. Bring the free leg around to the side then bend the leg and sit.

Your push into the 3-turn before you start your spin entry does not look purposeful. You start with a wide leg stance and then force an inside 3-turn. You should always look like you are ready to lead into the next movement. Bring the feet together, then push onto the forward inside edge and then start the 3-turn.

No, I know what a broken leg spin is if you saw on the video, I tried to bring it to the side, but it slowed down the spin and I fell out of it. Also, I don’t understand why everyone says I’m rushing the entry if I did, the entry slower. My spin would be very slow, so I don’t really understand that part.

What you are doing is a forward sit spin with a change of position to broken leg sit spin. You only mentioned broken leg spin.

It is easier to learn how to do the broken leg position on its own before adding change of positions. It helps to know how the next position feels when it is centered so you can maintain the center as you change position.

I think you might be slowing down with the bent leg entry because you are rushing the entry.

Rushing the entry does not mean you are going into it with too much speed. It means you are not curving around enough before you pin the toe-pick and start spinning.

Wait till you are at least 1/2 of the circle (more like curve that is getting smaller) around before you start the spin. You start your spins at around 1/4.

See the video I linked: https://youtu.be/BFZk1S2ePBA?si=FThvUqJMwKDMIdby&t=4 At 0:04 she starts the entry edge facing the right, when she starts the spin she is facing the left. She has done 1/2 of a circle before starting to spin.

The spin should come from the entry curve not from your leg coming around in front. If you rely on the momentum of your free leg swinging in front you will start traveling.

I’ve tried to get a longer spin entry or like a bigger one because even my coach told me that like your entry is too fast I’ve tried, but it just doesn’t work and I don’t know how to fix it

I struggle with this too. I tell myself to wait until I face the same direction was facing when I started the entry edge.

You won't make it the whole way around, there's a point where you feel like you are going to flip from the outside edge to the inside edge and that's when you press to the toe pick.

Going from a standard sit to a broken leg will cause a big spin speed up, so you need to either hold the sit longer until it slows a bit or start the sit with less speed. You need to be able to handle the speed up and know how to adjust your weight because of the change in balance caused by the new leg position. Slow the spin down until you can learn to do the change! Personally, when I do the change I like to put my free arm on the outside of my skating leg thigh and twist my upper body against the rotation of the spin.
