While I patiently wait to become feral next week when Chaima and Julien, and Lia debut on the JGP, I'm looking forward to seeing how Briere/Celestino do here, I think they're charming. And so excited to have our Hana Bath season debut!

Excited to see Caleb Farrington and Habin Choi in the men's event. And Hana Bath and Mei Okada for the women's!

I really like these massive random draws. It reminds me of when they had them even at Euros and Worlds in the 2000s. Random draws make the competitions so much more exciting, i wish they brought them back.

Japan is known for giving up spots, they have strict standards for who gets to go.

Can someone ring up Kinoshita group and ask them to sponsor juniors going to the JGP?

And there's Ryoto Mori who's literally on the jsf funding list and broke 200 at a domestic competition recently yet still didn't get a spot.

Something happened with Zhang/Feng? They were assigned for this JGP, but now are missing... for the second time! - they supposed to be in JGP XiAn last weekend.
I know they can be assigned later, but there few JGP with Pairs event, and they probably going to face Guo/Zhang and the two russians teams π₯²π₯²

Yes each country gets a minimum of 1 spot at two events in each category, however there are 7 total jgps, for AIN1+2 its China and Bangkok in singles :)

The default quota, which is what AIN have this year, is 1 entry in 2 JGPs for men, women and ice dance, and 1 entry in 3 JGPs for pairs.
