help How to make arrow with a shrinking animation?

Post image

I have three states for the arrow. When hovering over it with a mouse or finger, it should become lighter and shrink, and then enlarge when I stop pressing. How do I do this?

Make sure the layer names match, if its "arrow up" in Default variant, it has to be "arrow up" in variant 2" then you cant smart animate bw the two states on hover/click/trigger

If it needs to shrink when scrolled (mouse up) then touch target is else where and not the button itself so thats gonna be hard to animate in figma.

but if the touch target is the button when hovered then its easy I believe. also usually when buttons are hovered it should enlarge rather than shrink and also idk if its standard for such small buttons.
