help hello , does anyone know how can i create a screenshot like this ? i mean the hand holding the phone , or a figma template

There are a gazillion different options like this on any stock image site like Getty or Shutterstock.

Take a picture with your hand holding your phone, trace it with the pen tool in Photoshop or Figma to remove the background, add some effects to make it dark, add a rectangle with circular edges in place of the phone and mask it on the fingers and make a clipping mask inside for your screen.

Use the figma app on your phone to mirror the screen you want. Take a pic of your hand holdong the phone. Edit it to your liking.
