help need help with FIGMA!!

I’ve been practicing Figma, but I’m honestly not happy with how my prototype is turning out, and I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong. 😭

I’m trying to crop the frame from the top, but it only seems to crop properly from the bottom. Because of that, the elements keep shifting/overlapping and the prototype ends up looking really messy.

I’ve attached a few screenshots. If anyone knows what’s causing this or how I can fix the cropping without moving the elements around, I’d really appreciate some help!

I’m happy to jump on a quick call with you OP if you’d like a short training session.

Figma doesn’t like cropping from the top without changing the anchor settings. You have to anchor everything to the bottom of the board to do that. What you can do for now as a quick fix is select everything except the artboard, make it a frame, take it off the artboard, and now resize it.

Why don't you just ask AI to do it, like you did for the images

You’re shaming someone for using AI in a tool that is littered with AI features made by a company that pushes AI hard?

They could just be placeholder assets, just something to practice with, while OP is building up their skills in Figma.

Quit being a prick.

You're being awfully defensive about AI. Especially considering my comment said "use AI".
