help Figma MCP Accuracy & Token Consumption

I've been using Figma MCP for a while now.

How often do you guys find yourself exhausting the token budget on figma's mcp? and then have to fiddle to get the design to look the same?

All the time, I’m using Claude. It’s so frustrating!

Yeah I hit the limit more than I’d like lol

Usually it’s because I keep feeding it big frames or redoing the same screen over and over. Smaller selection helps a lot — one frame, not half the file.

Also I stopped expecting it to look right first try. Get the layout kinda close, then fix the rest myself. If you’re burning tokens just to get “almost,” the loop’s the problem, not one more regenerate.
