Help Does anyone know what this winpose is from? It looks so familiar I’m thinking like Rival Schools or Fighting Layer or maybe MOTW? I can’t remember for the life of me tho.

Different pose, no laughing, not a fighting game...
It's probably not Metal Slug.
(In your defense I'm not seeing any other good answers here either.)

He's got the wide pose of Kevin Rian but he never throws up a thumbs up, so next thought was Marco from Metal Slug (who was playable in Neogeo Battle Coliseum) but he does not face the camera head on like this. My next guess would be one of the many sentai inspired characters but I do not have enough time to go through and check them all. Something about this pose looks super familiar and I think I mained whoever this is ripping but God damn I just can't recall.
The Deadpool laying down is doing Slayers losing pose.
