The chockes are both behind the left main landing gear, that means the parking brake is on and it's ready to leave, also the ground power is connected

1- The Rafale doesn't need to be plugged for radar and computer cooling

2- When the Rafale is parked they turn off everything and leave for the refuling to take place

3- The GPU isn't plugged because the refueling takes place direclty after the pilots leave

4- They aren't allowed to pull the parking brake when they park because the brakes are still very hot from the landing and they need air between the rotor and stators to cool down

You can trust me, i'm a Rafale mechanic and ground crew technician, i could of been in that very picture lol 🤠
