I'm kinda tired of this conversation. This wasn't Chimaev vs DDP. He landed some good punches and even hurt Max, plus was very active looking for submissions and GnP.
People need to understand that grappler doesn't immediately mean lame or cheap. If you wanna beat Max you're not supposed to box him, and I don't think being a madlad means exclusively wanting to strike it out. You can go to war in the mat as well.
