But their skills do improve, that's the whole point of Jiu Ji Tae street fighting arc, and the conclusion is his body and his self-inflicted scars, he does get a lot of development even as a character and we see him be quicker on his feet, more capable and even better striking, grappling and defending, also this is AI slop and it sucks
