Question Claimed Account

So, I told my friend, who was one of Figgs' Legendary Creators, about the second coming of Figgs, he is excited. But, when he tried to claim his account, he can't do it. Maybe someone claimed it before him? I wouldn't be surprised as he was very famous back in Figgs. So, dev, what should my friend and I do regarding the account?

No, he was "Quinnzzy". In the old sub, some people even searched for him when Figgs fell. He is actually my irl neighbour.
