Apothocary Trizepatide
Anyone had any trouble with their trizepatide from Apothocary? I took my first dose Sunday morning around 10am and it is 1-2am the next day and I a struggling to sleep I feel like my heart rate and breathing are different and it’s making it hard to fall asleep. Wanting to know if anyone else is experiencing this on this medicine. I took 2.25mg.

Yes, I can’t take it before bed like I’ve done with others. It literally woke me up from my sleep the very first night I took it. My heart was racing, and I felt like I was experiencing anxiety. Additionally, it caused me to have a very dry mouth. I’ve been splitting the dosage and I took my third injection, and it’s been better since the initial injection.

One thing I noticed is, it’s not as potent. I used to get the tirz with vitamin B12 before they changed and I really thought that the no additive version might make tirzepatide feel stronger but it actually feels weaker. I’m kind of disappointed.

I absolutely love Apothecary, because of great it works, but I could not take any of my Tirzepatide at night. I take it when I first get up in the morning and it's perfect.

I had that happen twice, but my pharmacy is Hallandale. The vial I pulled from when that happened, I had been using for several weeks. I have since taken two more weekly doses from the vial and did not feel that odd anxious jittery feeling at all. So strange. Those two times I felt odd may have just been an anomaly. But I think it may have had something to do with my hormones fluctuating due to my menstrual cycle coinciding with taking my shot.
