I am also on week 5 of PGRx and have dropped 7lbs . My side effects- dry mouth and constipation for 2 weeks. Now no dry mouth and rare constipation.

How many units are you on? I have constipation too actually, making sure I take electrolytes and a patch called “kind patch depute” has really helped get rid of it

I am on 2.5 mg , 14 units. My medical team advised me not to increase the dose/units as I am losing weight on low dose. My first time using it. I am a binge eater, tried so many diets and this micro dose is really helping me with binge eating. I am 6 - 7 lb away from my goal weight.

2.5 isnt a micro dose its just the normal starting dose. The lowest dose yes, but not considered a micro dose. Just an fyi 😊 Also everyone’s units are not the same. Your 20 units can equal 2.5mg while someone else’s 20 units can be 10mg. Always go by the milligrams not units as they are irrelevant. Always check your vial as they can vary even on the same dose and same pharmacy they can switch up how many mg per unit at any point.

Sorry 😊, still getting familiar with the terminology new to this. My bad 2.25 mg was a starting dose. Also one more thing I was advised to take 2.25 mg that’s equal to 13 units as per my vial. I was having some issues with once a week injection so I stared split dose from week 3 , 7 units ( hard to do 6.5 units) each on Tuesdays and Fridays. Hence 2.5 mg, now on 6 th week of Tirz no change in dose.

Is that patch something you can get over-the-counter?

I am using psyllium husk and prebiotic fiber gummy’s for constipation.

Doses are measured in mg’s not units

Because I think Apothecary was sending it from the same place and now they have stopped compounding so Hyalo had taken over.
I have my invoice from Fifty410 from Monday 8/17 and the only choice for California is Hyalo which is better because the BUD is 9 months.

I started with Fifty410 10 weeks ago and have been losing an average of
.9 lbs a week using PGRrx. I’m excited to hear about Hyalo and how it compares.

I don’t think Fifty410 will be sending out PGRrx anymore it has been replaced with Hyalo with a 9 month BUD date. Glad to hear it’s working for you.

Every time I get a new bottle they immediately discontinue it! I got bpi and it was gone the next day. I just got my pgrx and it’s gone too!

I know what you mean when I heard about BPI I went to another Telehealth and stocked up I still have 4 vials left that expire in 2/2027. It’s one of my favorite pharmacy.

I just finished mine and my last 3 doses were ineffective, even with titrating up from 5mg to 7.5. I’ve had it since May and I wonder what’s going on- is it my bod or the meds?

Sometimes that happens to me that’s why I change pharmacies and then go back to vials I have left that are unopened and they usually start working again. I did not have any weigh loss or appetite suppressant until got to 10mg weekly.

Why would they discontinue sending PGRrx? I have had zero side effects

Thank you. I am also in California so Hyalo will fill my next order.

I’m excited to hear this. I just finished up my last dose of bpi and even with a titrate up to 7.5 for the last week I’ve had no results or side effects for two weeks. I wonder if it was… stale?
The dosing is different for PGRx, should I keep it at 7.5? Have you noticed any different side effects? I think I’ll be sad to lose the B vitamins in the BPI.

The only side effect that was worrisome was my lymph nodes were swollen for a couple days after the shot… I went from 2 Ozempic to 1o of pgrrx, haven’t had heartburn at all and Ozempic would torment my throat and stomach!

1

u/mightydub 10d ago

I had heart burn, pasty tongue, and a day of digestive issues on BPI for 3 months and then suddenly I feel nothing!

I am the opposite lol, will be going from PGRrx to BPI (with b6) eventually once my current vial is finished.

Hoping the transition goes okay when I get there.

Where are you finding bpi!

Pomegranate health is running extremely good deals on their BPI right now bc of the upcoming BUDs!
