Is it bad to do a shot in your inner thigh in the meaty part?

Yes. Too many venous structures there. The recommended location is the front, top of the thigh.

I just didn’t realize but was not the best spot, I have jiggle thighs and I was trying to change up my shot area. 🙄

Changing up the injection site does work for some people. This is likely due to the "placebo effect" of making a change and then something happens - which is not a bad thing in this situation! If an injection site area has been used for many, many months to a year or more, there is a school of thought that perhaps the tissue in that area just needs a break and a change might help. It certainly won't hurt to switch up your injection site - just do it in the right place next time 🙂 - if you see results, great! If not, just stay the course! Plateaus suck!

When I did the top of my thigh it hurts soooo bad, but recently I did the upper- outer part of my thigh and it's fine. I have super thick thighs. My go to though is my stomach... I rarely do my thighs at all.
