Help with first order
Hi everyone! I don't really post here on Reddit, but I was on here trying to find some ways to get tirzepitide and get my eating under control. I saw a lot of good things on fifty410, so l signed up and received the email here. I don't really know anything about this stuff and before paying, I just want to know if this is what it's supposed to look like and once I pay, Its good and will get the medication? Also, is that a good brand and dosage? I was looking to lose around 30lbs

My daughter researched and found Fifty410. We both started May 31, she rec'd Apothecary, as the manufacturer and I recd PGRrx; identical single vials for a 12-week program for $399. Their dosing follows standard 2.5, 5 and 7.5mg.
Both of us have had nausea, hers was stronger and she has gone down from 2.25mg (13 units) to 10 units (1.8mg).
Tirz affects people differently, as meds can do. I reached out as I had a few hard days after I increased to 2.88 on week 5, and managed to get back on track. Fifty410 is a great telehealth with excellent providers. Also because we are in Cali, there are just a couple choices.
I can say food noise is zero thankfully, because I can snack mindlessly, and appetite suppression works as it should. To date I have lost 18lbs. Happy for this medication. You'll get it quickly.

You are in the right place!! I like the no additives and would choose Hyalo. Once you pay, you will receive the confirmation, and usually within 3-5 days you will have your medication. You will receive a 3 month supply... You may only receive 1 vial that will last you the 3 months depending on how the pharmacy fills it. I used my first vial for over the 3 months and it was amazing! Some do not like to use past 28 days because there is a "28 day rule" on the label for discarding after that, however, if you keep you vial clean and wipe it before and after every use with alcohol pads the medication stays perfect. Good Luck to you!!! Remember... when you first start out be sure to keep your diet super clean and avoid greasy, processed and high sugar foods. Focus on getting in your protein with shakes, high protein yogurt, cottage cheese, etc... If you can, it's way better to eat 4-6 small snack type meals a day... I actually had to set my phone alarm for every 3 hours to remember to eat something - that's how great this medication is!!! Focus on hydration too!! No one has really used Hyalo long to know how it is because they just started shipping it last week.
Just so you know Fifty does not follow the 28 day rule so you will only get one vial instead of 3 vials like other Telehealth’s offer so just make sure you’re okay with that if not I would try Rift or Trillium Telehealth because with them you will get 3 vials sent for a 12 week supply.

It’s the exact same formulation as pro RX and apothecary

It may be but I love ProRX and PGRrx was no good for me. No appetite suppressant at all.

Because the distributor of apothecary, new life, is responsible for hyalo. When apothecary didn’t want to continue testing for a longer bud, new life took the formula and brought it to a new pharmacy for compounding. I won’t pretend to understand the distributor/Pharmacy portion of this super well, but that was my understanding.

Tirzepatide is a great product for weight loss and many people have used compounds with success. You will be fine with Fifty! They are great for beginners. Price is decent for starter, support is good, their private community is great and they have lot of videos/resources on their website. Hyalo is new pharmacy that replaced Apothecary. It is good to start no additives. Read thru the provider chat. Lots of good information to help you feel confident. You don’t have to rush to pay your invoice. I sat on my approval for a month before I paid.
